For your question on what value should be expecting, I would recommend that you 
reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team, via this link, as metrics 
calculations is more of a Product related topic, and they are more 
knowledgeable on how metrics / statistics are accumulated / computed on 
specific account for specific time frame. Note that the API will only return 
what has already been processed in the back end (Product).

Hi Team,

Thanks for the input. We were able to upload offline conversion data to
Google Ads using the Google Ads REST API
customers.uploadClickConversions as mentioned in this *guide*

.

*Before Upload: *
We noted down the All.conv column and the status was No recent conversion.

*After Upload:*
We uploaded 3 records for Conversion action: quality_up and 2 records for
Conversion action: Data_In and after waiting several hours we are now
seeing the status changed to "Recording Conversion" but the All conv column
for example shows 900.0 for Conversion action: quality_up and 500.00 for
Conversion action: Data_In. Is it expected results or should we expect to
see 3 records + 900.0 = 903.0 for Conversion action: quality_up and 2
records + 500.00 = 502.00 for Conversion action: Data_In.

Please advise.
