Google Ads API Token Application - No Response Over 1 Month

Hi team,

We haven't received any response or update from Google regarding our Google 
Ads API Token Application. It has been over a month since we received the 
initial reply from the API team, and we haven't heard anything since. Our 
Ticket ID is [3-171735638].

Our team cannot proceed with product development until this application is 
approved. Could you please provide us with a status update on this process?

I have applied for basic access for the Google Ads API, over 2 months ago 
and have not had any feedback compliance team. Please assist as I cannot 
proceed any further without access. I have applied multiple times and tried 
following up via the Ads API compliance team contact form.

No case ID was given, and no confirmation mail was received.

All good? Were you able to resolve the access issue? I've been trying to 
get the basic TOKEN for months and I haven't received ANY response from 
Google. When applying through the interface, no approval email arrives 
either. How can so many people go through the same problem and nothing can 
be done, right?

Hi there,

I submitted the Google Ads API Token Application on September 13, 2023 and 
it has been more than 2 weeks but I haven't received any response yet. I've 
also opened several support tickets with  Google Ads API Compliance team
 through this form 

 about 
the issue but also no response. 

Is there any way I can get a status update on this process? My Google Ads 
manager account (MCC) ID associated with developer token is 947-167-4135

It is very urgent that we get a response from Google ASAP, so I would 
really appreciate if you could provide any clue or response on when I can 
expect to have my developer token approved.

I still haven’t heard back from compliance about the application yet. It is 
very important that we are approved for the API basic access this week for our 
team to continue work.

Is it possible to get this pushed to the top? We’ve waited over a week since

Google Ads API Token Application - No Response over 1 week

Hi!

We have not received any response or update from Google at all regarding 
the Google Ads API Token Application. It's been over 1 week since we've 
applied for the Google Ads Token Basic Access. I've opened several support 
tickets with Google and called their support with no luck on any updates at 
all. 

Our team can't work on our product until this gets approved. Is there any 
way I can get a status update on this process? I have not received any 
email updates from support or the application itself. 

I've also double checked our email and confirmed that it is the same one 
listed in API contact email. I've checked spam too with no luck. When I 
call the contact phone number, support transfers me to a number that is 
never available - i've called over 5 times these past few days.

It is very urgent that we get a response from Google ASAP.

Please let me know.
