Google Adwords API, about the hour of day with the allconversions

Hi,

I'm a Adwords developer. I'm trying to get the data of the combination of 
the hour of day and the allconversions.
The document shows that the hour of the day field is not compatible with 
the allconverions fields. 
(https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#hourofday)
However, there is a combination that shows in the dimensions tab.
The snapshot is as follows,


I would like to know, how can I get the combination data of the hour of the 
day and the allconversions?
