Hi, If it isn't connected to an MCC to which you know the credentials then is not quite possible. If you assume that your clients accounts will always have campaigns then you can use the CampaignService which when is called using MCC credentials always returns no campaigns, but that does not guarantee you is an MCC. Do you have the C# API and Examples? If so, checkout v201101 GetAccountHierarchy.cs, it uses the ServicedAccountService service to get a complete list of accounts under the MCC.
