I am afraid that it is currently not possible to get the this field and its 
value using Google Ads API / AdWords API.

With this, let me raise a feature request to my team about this, subject for

How to get Buying plan for campaign

My campaign have parameter *Buying plan*. Mention parameter is equal to 
"*Instant 
Reserve*" 


How I can get "Buying plan" via API?
