You can refer to this guide on how to create audiences based on or containing 
specific dimensions. You can use the below sample reports to extract some of 
the details to include in the said audience segment :

detailed_demographic
life_event
age_range_view
gender_view
income_range_view
parental_status_view

Hi Sherwin,

Thank you for your response. Does it mean that we can only get the segment 
code from the CSV, and cannot search among audience segments using API 
like GoogleAdsService.Search?
