Hi Robert,
Can you post the sanitized SOAP XML request and response for a request
that demonstrates this issue? Errors related to predicates are not
being reported clearly at the moment, but if I see the request I can
help diagnose the problem.

As the subject says, when trying to use predicates with the
ReportDefinitionService, we seem to be seeing
InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR in the downloaded
report. This has been happening all day. Taking away the Predicates
make the report download fine.
