Re: missing campaign labels
Hi, Was there a solution to this? I have the same issue. Just some clarification around whether the labels report is supposed to return all labels, or clarification on the details if not, would be helpful. Missing campaign labels
Hi all, we've got the following problem: some campaigns have labels attached which were created on the account level, on the MCC level (groups of accounts of the same client) and on our top MCC level (our agency). In the Ads UI all those labels can be seen to the corresponding campaign. However, when we retrieve a 'campaign' report on the account level with the campaign_labels columns, only those labels (resource names) show up which are account level labels, i.e. the labels from the MCC level and from our top MCC level just aren't listed in this column. We can retrieve the labels from the MCC level and from our top MCC level from the 'label' report, i.e. we get label.name and label.resource_name but we can't get a connection between this label info and the campaigns they are attached to. Is ist possible at the moment to get this link via any Ads API report? RE: Missing Campaign Labels
Hello David, Confirming that we have received your private response to us with the shared request details. Upon checking the account 453-448-8795, it appears that the label in question "OnePlan Campaigns" is not visible now even in UI. Can you confirm if this is still the issue on your end? Asking this since the API only mirrors the UI, if the label in question is missing in the UI, then it is expected not to be retrieved in API as well. If there are other labels missing in API but visible on UI on your end, kindly provide the latest uncropped screenshot of the data in question in UI so we can investigate further. You may send it privately via "Reply To Author" option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this alias googleadsapi-supp...@google.com. Missing Campaign Labels
Hi, I'm having an issue pulling a customers campaign labels. I think I might know what it is but I am unsure on how to resolve it. The customer has sent a video, which I can forward in a private response. The majority of the labels are coming through the API, and these are shown in the Google UI as owned by the client account. However, there are labels that are applied to campaigns that aren't coming through the Google API. Those labels are shown in the Google UI as belonging to the actual manager account and not the client account. Of course the request to get campaign labels is being sent from the perspective of the client account, so I can see why these other labels aren't pulling through. In addition, I've pulled the customer labels report and I've checked customer_client.applied_labels and neither of those have the desired missing label. Please let me know what I can provide and how we can move forward from here. Re: Google Adwords API - Criteria Performance Report - Missing Campaign
Hello Walter, Criteria Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report> is a single attribution <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting-concepts#single_attribution>report, meaning that only one of the triggering criteria (such as placement, age, keyword, etc.) is recorded for a given impression. For example, if one of your user lists, which are attached to more than one campaigns, is already returned with one campaign (whose ID is not 604678550), then it will *not* be shown in another row with campaign ID 604678550. >From what I see, it seems that Criteria Performance Report starts to return stats for each criterion that is bound to other campaigns, but not with a campaign ID 604678550. Using Criteria Performance Report, we can't force the servers to return stats for every or any specific campaign. So, if you would like to monitor campaign performance overall, I recommend to use Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> . Or if you're interested in each criterion type's performance, consider using a corresponding report for the criterion type, such as Display Topics Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/display-topics-performance-report> or Audience Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/audience-performance-report> . Re: Missing campaign of type "Shopping - Product Listing Ads"
Are shopping PLA's metrics being omitted from higher level performance reports, such as ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT? I've had multiple instances where I'm seeing shopping data omitted from higher level totals. Re: Missing campaign of type "Shopping - Product Listing Ads"
This seems to be an issue. Apparently the new "Shopping" campaigns aren't showing up in performance reports... even without predicates. Would anyone from the API team care to elaborate on this?
