Content click stats are only provided down to the Adgroup/Ad level.
Not on the keyword level.
This is how adwords works, and is not related to any API constraints.

No stats for keywords for display ads targeting content network?

Hi.

We have display ads running with the campaign NetworkCoverageType of
CONTENT_NETWORK. While we can see summary stats for thecontent network
for total clicks / imps etc, we are not seeing any stats which can be
attributed to any of the keywords (all keyword stats for imps/clicks/
cpc are 0).

Is this expected behaviour? I would have expected to see which clicks
had come from what keyword(s), so that future campaigns could be
optimised...
