Re: OAuthException error while attempting to build the AdWordsSession. Cause: Credential could not be refreshed.

2016-06-10 Thread 'Shwetha Vastrad (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

Could you provide the steps you followed to create the OAuth credentials?
Can you also confirm that the email account being used to create the
credentials is linked to an AdWords account?

Thanks,
Shwetha, AdWords API Team.

OAuthException error while attempting to build the AdWordsSession. Cause: Credential could not be refreshed.

2016-06-10 Thread Mark R
Hi Adwords API Team,

Beginning today morning, we are getting the following error when refreshing
our tokens and making API calls.

*OAuthException error while attempting to build the AdWordsSession. Cause:
Credential could not be refreshed.*

After reading more on this, it seems that we need to re-grant access to our
adwords MCC. After doing that, we still get this error.

This is the URL I used to grant access is -

https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?access_type=offline&client_id=**&redirect_uri=urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob&response_type=code&scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

* replacing it with our client-id.

After granting access, I still see the following message under our account
- You haven't granted any apps or websites access to your Google Account.

Can you please let me know what else should we try.

Thanks,
Bhaven
