Thank you for reaching out to us. I see that you're wondering what appID is 
used for in customer match. According to the documentation, the appID is a 
string that uniquely identifies a mobile application from which the data was 
collected to AdWords API. This means that the mobile application you specify 
via the appID will help supply collected data to the API for your CRM based 
user list. This field is required when creating CrmBasedUserList for uploading
