Moving forward, I can see that this metric is indeed not supported yet to the forecast metrics of the Google Ads API. With this, I can raise a feature request to my team for this, subject for review. However, could you please provide first your use case why you need this feature in the Google Ads API so that I can present it as well to my team? As for this question "Any idea how can I calculate the (Cost vs. ROAS) forecast?", I am afraid that our team is not aware on how these metrics are calculated. However, I would suggest raising your concern to product team via this link as they are more equipped on how data / statistics accumulated on the accounts.
