I have an update on the issue. The production account and test account
should be whitelisted to use the CrmBasedUserList service. You could
contact your account manager at Google to whitelist your accounts for the
CrmBasedUserList service. Please let me know if you have any further

KeywordPerformacneReport
.
Could you please confirm the clientCustomerId and the report definition you

Since this a product level change, the metrics may eventually not be
available in the API as well. As recommend in the blog post

Hello Philip,

It is the total number of elements in the response page. As a workaround
you could remove the PAGE_SIZE in your request(don't set PAGE_SIZE), so
that the entire result set will be in a single page and then the number of
rows in the response will be equal to the number of elements in the page.


Code snippet in Java:
searchPagedResponse.getPage().getPageElementCount();

Could you please confirm from if you are noticing the concern in the UI or
via API? If you are noticing this via UI, I request you to post your
concern on the Advertisers Community form
,
they are better equipped to help you. If you are using API, please share
the API call SOAP logs (request and response) or report definition from
where you are seeing this. Also, you could share the CID and screenshots of
the anomaly you are seeing. You could use reply privately to the author
option while sharing the information requested.
