2. But i'm trying to use python windows native IDE, where do i have to use 
this command? GIT Bash? CMD?
I've tried to set this command on GIT Bash bud I got another error; Is it 
possible to use this command in Google Colab?

The “login_customer_id” is the account id for the account that you used to 
generate the OAuth2 credentials, for example the clientId, clientSecrect and 
refreshToken. It could be a manager account of the target client customer 
account or the client customer account itself.

In the command line, you could set the client customer id by using the 
following command:
python get_campaigns.py -c $CLIENT_ID
