1. I cannot retrieve metrics.cost_micros and metrics.impressions from click_view. (most important one) I'm afraid that these metrics are indeed not supported for in Click View. You may follow our blog for updates. 2. The date range should not be older than 90 days and should be segmented by day. This too has been the standard since the old API. In the old (click) report, the available duration can only be up to 90 days from the date of your (report) request and you may only specify a date range for a single day only.
