I got it.

So, I'm using the AdWords API and I'm going to prepare  Google Ads API Beta 
 later.

Hi Team,

The document you are referring to is Google Ads API Beta documentation. This 
has been moved to beta recently. Please refer to this blog post for more 
information on this. The campaign_audience_view.resource_name will return the 
criteria Id in its resource via Google Ads API as mentioned in the shared 
guide. We recommend to continue running production systems using the AdWords 
API. While Google Ads API is in “beta”, you may use the new API for testing and 
development work in preparation for future migration. Please keep in mind that 
during this "beta" phase, there may be breaking changes in the Google Ads API. 
Let us know if you need additional information.

I found this page and this is saying that we are possible to indicate name 
like campaign_audience_view.resource_name 

.

But, this page is saying Beta, so we couldn't indicate name now, right?

Thank you for reaching support. The 'uservertical' is prefix for complex 
criteria type CriterionUserInterest. They will have a string representation of 
the form prefix::identifier as mentioned in this reporting guide. The 
'customaffinity::11' is the valid affinity categories and corresponding 
criterion IDs used in CriterionUserInterest. For your other concern, it is not 
possible to change the language of extracted Audience Ids via API. Let us know 
if you need additional information.
