Hi Raman,

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.

Kindly see below responses to your queries:

1.Is there way to create a test campaign on a test account and get statistics
and leads from it?

>> Yes, you may create a test campaign on a test account, however, test
>> accounts appear in the Google Ads UI as cancelled accounts since there is no
>> active billing and they do not render ads to users. So there will be no
>> statistics like metrics data from it.

2. Can you please tell me how I can do this?

>>Note that Test accounts allow you to try out new API implementations or
>>account configurations, prior to implementing the changes in your production
>>environment. You may refer to this guide for creating an account, and this
>>guide for the creating campaign.

3. Is there a sandbox to start and test campaign on test Google Ads accounts or
another way to create a test company to get statistics and leads?

>> To create test accounts and campaigns, you may follow the instructions below
>> to create a test manager account, a test client account, and a few campaigns
>> to populate the test client account. Note that "client" here refers to a
>> Google Ads client account, not your client app.

click here to create a test manager account. If prompted, sign in with a Google
Account that isn't linked to your production Google Ads manager account. There
is also a link to create a new Google Account if you need to do so.
While signed in to your test manager account, create a test client account. Any
client accounts you create from your test manager account are automatically
test accounts.
Create a few test campaigns under the test client account in the Google Ads
UI.
Take note of the client customer ID for the new test client account, and save
it. You'll need this to make API calls later.

Also, note that you may need to use the developer token of your production
manager account when making requests against the test manager account. Even if
it's not approved yet, the token will still work on test accounts, including
the ones just created.

4. On what resources can I see this information (official documentation, links
to forums, etc.)?

>> You may refer to this guide.

Yasar
