Re: api basic access token - no respones or information

Hello,
I have the same issue. 
I've submitted two applications for Basic Access to the Ads API with no 
response a month ago and two weeks ago. 
I did not receive an email when I applied. So I do not have a case ID.
If I don't get an email, does that mean my application was unsuccessful?
My MCC Account ID：528-449-4192
Please help me and tell me what should I do.
