Could you please confirm whether you created the billing setup via the Google 
Ads API or UI?

I would like to recommend you to refer to this document PaymentsAccountInfo and 
help center article Manage Ads account billing setup from your manager account 
for more information.

In order to investigate the issue further, provide us with the updated complete 
API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at 
your end to assist you better.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would 
request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are 
using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to 
enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging 
via the curl command by using the -i flag.

I understand that the list_accessible_customers function is taking too long to 
obtain the complete tree. A large inheritance hierarchy can definitely 
contribute to slow loading times when retrieving the entire account structure 
using the Google Ads API because the API call needs to traverse each node in 
the hierarchy, and the more levels there are, the longer it takes to process 
the request.

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you are getting an 
INVALID_PAYMENTS_ACCOUNT error, can you please confirm if you are following the 
instructions for using a new / existing payments account, in this Billing 
Setup? Kindly note that, available payment accounts depend on the 
authenticating user. You can use the PaymentsAccountService 
ListPaymentsAccounts methods to see which are available.

If you are still facing the issue, please provide us with the complete API logs 
(request and response with request-id and request header) and uncropped UI 
screenshots to further investigate this issue.

afaik, google doesn't support deleting accounts; however, you can change 
the budget to 0 and delete all campaigns.

weren't able to get the asset data so we can better investigate this and can

With regards to your concern, you mentioned that you encountered the 
OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE error which means that the said 
operation is not permitted on this campaign type. Also note that as per this 
guide, for manualCpm, when using this bidding scheme with Search campaigns 
results in OperationAccessDeniedError.OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE.

For further investigation, can you provide the complete request and response 
logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? You may then 
send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this

expires. To avoid the refresh token expiring in 7 days please go to the Google 
API Console and navigate to the OAuth consent screen and then change the
