Thanks for posting your concern.

You may try to use the CustomerService.getCustomers() method to retrieve the 
accounts wherein you email address (where you've used in creating the OAuth2 
credentials) have access. You may refer to this blog post to read more about 
retrieving accounts where credential have access.
