Hi, We're currently investigating why the retryAfterSeconds comes back as zero. Hi Today I noticed that the sandbox is returning retryAfterSeconds of zero seconds. I have my application set to wait exactly the number of seconds returned before retrying the api call. It retries up to a certain limit before giving up. Because the value returned is zero, my application would instantly retry and still get RateExceededError, and so it quickly hits the retry limit.
