Re: "Device" not compatible with "Days to conversion"

Hi David,

I appreciate your patience. As i previously mentioned, please look at the
segments reference doc for these fields. Then, look for these two fields, and
look at the 'selectable with' list. You'll see that these two segments based on
that documentation are not selectable with each other. you'll see that these
are not compatible with each other. This is working as expected. This is the
latest update there is no further update. Once we will receive any update from
the team we will get back to you.

Thanks,
Nirmita Patel Google Ads Team

Re: "Device" not compatible with "Days to conversion"

2020-05-19 Thread David Nogén
Hi,

Not sure if you've misunderstood what the problem is but Adwords is
actually working fine. It looks like the link you sent is to a client
library for Adwords but it is actually Google Ads API that is problematic.
We are querying the same dimensions from both APIs but in Google Ads we
can't fetch those parameters mentioned above together and that's when we
get that error. We are not using any client library for our requests to
Adwords but is rather doing http requests directly. For google Ads we are
using this library: https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-python but the
query string we are sending in is the one mentioned above. So the question
is why is it not possible to fetch Device and Conversion Lag Bucket in the
same query when using Google Ads API? Hope that was more clear.

Hi Maria,

Thanks for reaching out. As per your concern, could you please send the
complete request and response logs for me to further investigate? Please reply
privately to the author option. You can find information on enabling logging in
