Re: AlertService problem
Hi, We do not have any immediate plans for expanding or enhancing the alert service. If and when this changes, we'll post an announcement to our blog http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api. Re: AlertService problem
Hi, We're aware of this issue and are looking into it. I'll post an update once I have more information. The question is, do i should also get red alert of type ACCOUNT_ON_TARGET with this customer id? How can i get alert about balance is almost depleted for customer nr 336-670-8987? Re: AlertService problem V201008
Hi Thanks for replying. The purpose of using this service is to send email automatically to account managers they normally don't check alert from adword web UI. However as a management agency the clients under our MCC varies from time to time. My question is that can we get all alerts received in we MCC with a single token generated from ClientEmal/passowrd? Or it just retrieves alerts for the particular client? Thanks On Jan 12, 5:10 pm, AdWords API Advisor adwordsapiadvi...@google.com wrote: Hi, We have a known issue at our end where the AlertService throws an AuthenticationError.FAILED_TO_RETRIEVE_LOGIN_COOKIE if you use an authToken generated using an MCC email/password + clientEmail in request headers. It seems that the token is invalid or expired , but the same token is using with other services well. (report service, adgroup service, accountservice etc) 2.when I removed paging parameters the API call went through but AlertPage always returns empty record. Hi, Once the issue I mentioned in the previous thread gets resolved, you should be able to do this. The workaround I suggested was until the issue gets addressed. Cheers, Anash P.
