Re: Calculate quality score
Hi Varta, Are you simply looking to summarize data in the Keyword Performance Report by month? If so, you can achieve this by adding "Month" to your report request. Note that this will produce data by keyword *and* month, since the Keyword Performance Report always segments data by keyword. The following link contains a table with more information on the report, including the list of available fields. https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#keywords Thanks, Josh, AdWords API Team On Friday, October 25, 2013 9:04:37 AM UTC-4, varta convonix wrote: > > How do I calculate quality score with keyword performance report for a > month if I have data on date level? > -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog and discussion group: http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com http://groups.google.com/group/adwords-api =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AdWords API Forum" group. Re: Calculate quality score
Hi Josh, I generate my reports on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. I pull the keyword performance report segmented by date and then generate the reports with summarized stats for custom date range. Is there any way I can calculate quality sore for the above scenerio. Re: Calculate quality score
Hi Varta, Are you asking if quality score is available on the *Keyword Performance* report? If so, then the answer is yes and you can bring in this field by including *QualityScore* in your selector. https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#keywords If I've misunderstood your question, please send over more details, such as a mock up of the report layout you would like to see. Re: Calculate quality score
I think the question is if the historical quality score can be retrieved for each day in the previous month. The answer is No. Oliver On Wednesday, October 30, 2013 4:21:59 PM UTC, Josh Radcliff (AdWords API Team) wrote: > > Hi Varta, > > Are you asking if quality score is available on the *Keyword Performance* > report? > If so, then the answer is yes and you can bring in this field by including > *QualityScore* in your selector. > > https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#keywords > > If I've misunderstood your question, please send over more details, such > as a mock up of the report layout you would like to see. > > Thanks, > Josh, AdWords API Team > > On Wednesday, October 30, 2013 12:53:24 AM UTC-4, varta convonix wrote: >> >> Hi Josh, >> >> I generate my reports on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. Re: Calculate quality score
Hi Varta, I think I finally understand what you are asking. The key point on *Quality Score* is that it is an *attribute*, not a *metric*. Reports return the current value for attributes, so even if you run a report for a historical date range the *Quality Score* will be the *current* *Quality Score *value, not the value as of the historical date(s). If you want to capture *Quality Score* over time, then I recommend downloading your reports on a daily basis and tracking the *Quality Score* history over time within your application.
