Hi there!

We heavily use this feature in order to be able to stop serving stale data
to ETAs:

When we push a new value, our algorithm determines the expiration date of
the given value and sets the End Date, allowing us to stop serving this
piece of information to the ad if no other immediate update value is
available.

Without this feature, we will need to constantly query the customizer data
to determine if the data is no longer useful and remove the values, which
we believe to be inefficient in the long run.

Thank you for the reply. As mentioned by my colleague a specific feature should 
be available in the UI first before it is available in the API. With this, 
since you mentioned that this is not available on the UI then we will be 
needing your use case why you need this feature in the API. So that I can raise 
a feature request to my team, subject for review, with the use case that you 
will  provide.

This feature is not available via UI for Customizer attributes, only for Ad 
Customizer Feeds, but it is very important for us to keep this feature, 
please do let me know if there is any chance this feature may be coming up 
soon!
