The cause of the error is the limit has passed for number of keywords in an 
account.

The main error is `EntityCountLimitExceeded.ACCOUNT_LIMIT` and the cause is 
`ADGROUP_KEYWORDS_PER_ACCOUNT`.

The limit is 5 million but we have 5,007,963 keywords in account customer 
id `123456789` (enclosingId)

What do you recommend as a preventive mechanism or a solution?
