Hi Mac, The GetClientCustomerId example made use of the InfoService. The migration guide<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration-v201302>explains that the InfoService has been removed as it is not needed in the with the new APi Billing<http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/new-simplified-adwords-api-pricing.html> .
As for retrieving the CustomerId of a client based on email, if you use the GetAccountHierarch<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-ads-java/source/browse/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201302/accountmanagement/GetAccountHierarchy.java>example to get the structure or add filters for the specific clients.
