Hi teginder,

The best approach here may be to have a SOAP/WCF service set at your end to 
make AdWords API calls, and have your silverlight application call that 
service. That way you won't run into cross-domain policy issues.

You can develop your application using Silverlight 2.0 and official
client for DotNet.
