Hi, Campaigns created through the API are equivalent to *All features* campaigns. There isn't a 1-1 mapping between the sub-types in the AdWords UI and the API, since the AdWords UI sub-types are mostly used for controlling which AdWords UI elements are available when working with a campaign in the UI. The advertisingChannelSubType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/CampaignService.Campaign#advertisingChannelSubType> simply provides an additional refinement over advertisingChannelType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/CampaignService.Campaign#advertisingChannelType> when specifying the primary serving target for ads within this campaign.
