Hi Peer, I'm not aware of any issues with ad groups that contain Audience criteria. Do you have any examples? How can I create remarketing list using Adwords API and receive google_conversion_id and google_conversion_label that we paste in our webserver application. Remarketing lists (or audiences) are not supported in V200909.
