Hi Ashley, The sandbox environment doesn't use any of your production credentials. Sandbox Authentication Error Customer_Not_Found
Dear Google Developers, please when posting a reply Explain the solution as if I have never been acquainted with Adwords as all of the Docs and forum reply make huge leaping assumptions about the knowledge level of the developer they are aimed at. It is a small criticism but as we all know all criticisms make is better at what we do in the long term. I have tried to use our production clientCustomerId when making a SOAP call from .Net or using the Java UI but am getting a Customer_Not_Found error apparently this is because the credentials in the sandbox are different. Please can you explain how the Sandbox credentials work and give me examples of those credentials and explain the examples as if I was a five-year old.
