Hi,

This isn't really what I'm asking.

Let me try rephrase.

Ok so lets say I send up 1,000,000 users via the api.

After waiting a few days and everything that list says it only has 500,00

and of that 500k the match rate is 80%.


firstly what would be the reason or reasons that it only shows 500k out of 
1mil.
Is it because only actual google accounts get added to the list?

if so secondly, does that mean the 80% match rate of the 500k is the match 
rate of google accounts and 20% of the google accounts could not be matched 
due to privacy settings etc

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

As per the guide ,a single AddOfflineUserDataJobOperationsRequest can contain 
at most 100,000 identifiers across all of the UserData objects in the 
operations. It takes 6 to 12 hours for a list to be populated with members, so 
you'll most likely see an "In Progress" status (on the Google Ads UI) if you 
upload to an audience list more frequently than once every 12 hours.
In addition, you may also refer to this Product article for any issues you may 
encounter with size, and that Customer Match uploads can also take up to 48 
hours to process.

Sending users via the api

We have sent up about 1million users via the audience upload.

after a few days the list size only got to about 500,000.

I'm sending it up in batches of 10,000.

IS there any reason at google side why it wouldn't add all of them?
