Thank you for your clarification.

Upon further investigation, the user_list with an ID of 7992219034 has a 
membership status of ‘Closed’. This means that no new members are being added 
and it cannot be used for targeting. This is the reason why you are getting an 
offlineUserDataJobError: INVALID_USER_LIST_ID error. For more information on

For all new UserLists I created for this account OfflineUserDataJob:create  
works correct. It didn't only for those few I sent in ticket on the very 
begining. Do you maybe have logs for exact those UserLists?

“Upon checking, it appears that the owner of the user list is DAZN Audience 
Shed - UK (399-445-4972). Can you try to create an offlineUserJob for the 
userlist in the owner's account and see if the error persists? Let us know how 
it goes. If you're still encountering issues, please provide the complete 
request and response logs with request-id so we can further investigate.”
