Thank you for the reply.

Upon checking on my end, It seems that the conversion 463450529 exists. 
However, since you are uploading this using a MCC account, could you please 
confirm if you already enabled your conversion tracking? I asked because upon 
trying the query you will see on this documentation I can see that this 
customer.conversion_tracking_setting.cross_account_conversion_tracking_id field 
is not returning. However, if you confirm that you still did not enable this, I 
would suggest you refer to this documentation also for more information in 
Cross-account conversion tracking.

In addition, I would also suggest you to take a look at this documentation as 
it has the several requirements that must be met when uploading a 
ClickConversion.

Hello,

we have a client with the following setup:

1. Manager account XXX081
2. Account XXX056, managed by XXX081
3. A click with the GCLID CjwBwE from 2022-09-29, in the account 
XXX056, which is visible in click_view and is associated with 
XXX056 according to click_view 
4. A conversion action YY0529 which is defined in the manager account 
XXX081 and is visible as ENABLED and as having the manager account 
XXX081 as owner in conversion_action (for both, the manager account 
XXX081  and the actual managed account XXX056)

(Maybe an important piece of information:  the managed account XXX056
was configured in the UI as having its conversion actions managed by the 
manager account XXX081 AFTER the GCLID in question CjwBwE  already 
happened)

When trying to upload a conversion for that GCLID CjwBwE we get "This 
customer does not have an import conversion action that matches the 
conversion action provided" even if from
our point of view a matching conversion action is definitively there.

I can provide request/response SOAP logs in a private reply if necessary.

Thank you for getting back to us.

It's good to know that you're now able to send conversions. As also mentioned 
on this guide, you can set up and query cross-account conversion actions using 
the API, but you must opt in your accounts to cross-account conversion tracking 
from the manager account.

It' was an Import conversion. Now, I'm able to send conversions. I think 
the reason was that I was trying to upload clicks that are occurred before 
I enable the cross-account conversion.

build Website instead of import conversions.

Cross Account Offline Conversion Tracking: This customer does not have an import conversion action that matches the conversion action provided

Hello,

We had started to use different client account under the Manager Account, 
and I'm trying to upload cross-account offline conversion.

I had created a conversion in the Manager Account, then tried to upload a 
conversion, *its gclid belongs to the child account*,  to the Manager 
Account.

 but getting the error:*"*

conversion action provided"*
