provide complete detailed logs of the request and response. Additionally, 
please note that there may still be a limit of 1000 on get requests with 
Standard Access. For more information, you may refer to this guide.

Hello there,
recently we are getting rate limit exception. but we are using Standard 
Access token. From last one week, we are facing this problem and that to 
all services only adgroups service and some times ad campaign service.
we are using Google Ads V1
