Hi Peter, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, when I try to hit the *Reply privately to author* option it says that I do not have permissions to do so. Any reason for this to be happening? To better investigate the behavior your are observing, could you provide the complete customer IDs of accounts A, B, and C, and also the generated report files of each of the accounts? These details will allow me to have a closer look at the issue being encountered on the said accounts. You may send the requested information using the Reply privately to author option. Unable to get data partitioned by Date and Device for some accounts

Using the following call:

We are able to return every necessary data for accounts A and B, but not
for C. On further investigation we have realized that if we take off the
first two fields (Date, Device) for account C, the results can finally be
recovered, but they would not be partitioned with the dates neither with
devices as we wish.
Could you guys help us? Thank you very much
