  How can I query for country-level data because there is no 
geo_target_country field

segmenting with the geo_target_state in your request but on the UI it is the 
locations on the country level. This is the reason you observed the difference 
data in geographic_view report.

Use ads api v3 to query the geo cost of campaign, but the returned data is incomplete

I used SearchStream method , that query is "SELECT campaign.id, 
campaign.name, metrics.cost_micros,segments.geo_target_state FROM 
geographic_view where segments.date = '2020-06-29' "

and comparing the cost data on https://ads.google.com/aw/locations, it is 
found that only part of the country's data is returned, not all.


Why is this so?
