Hello,

I got the answer from the expert who works on that code regularly. It just took 
some time to track down the person and find her. OBSOLETE locations also stop 
serving. If the Campaign is targeting only the obsolete target, the Campaign 
will stop serving. If the campaign is targeting a non-obsolete target as well, 
then the non-obsolete target will continue to serve.

Thank you for replying. I searched all documentation and blog post I could 
find but could not get answer. Do we have any further update on the issue

Based on the blog post from years ago, it doesn't look like the campaign stops 
serving, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll go check with someone else on my team who

In the locationCriterionService, status for a location is PHASING_OUT, 
OBSOLETE and ACTIVE. I understand going forward we can't use obsolete 
location. But what happens if already created used location in the past 
which became obsolete. Will campaign stop serving ?
