I don't want a developer token, if possible the cloud api is fine for me. 
Is this good for me? If not, what is it for?

Initial question:  I would now like to use the API to retrieve my campaign 
settings. That's all for now. I would like to get some data.  First: I 
can't find the API center in google AD. It says it is in the settings. BUT
