Create Accounts Issue

Hi! In the last 2 weeks happened to me, if I create accounts, adding 
billing profile and Budget, sometimes create the account and sometimes not 
add the budget. This make me crazy. 
Can you help if the could be something relationship with Captcha spam 
security or I have to add some delay in all this actions?

Thank you for reaching out to our API support team. You may refer below for my 
responses :

1. When a new account is created, how do we add the user as an admin to the 
account automatically?

Managing user access is unfortunately not possible via the AdWords API. You can 
check this article on how you can assign access levels (ex. admin) to a 
specific user. In the Google Ads API, however, this should be possible and you 
can refer here for more information.

2. Is there a way to configure billing info on the new account programatically?

Managing or configuring billing information of your Google Ads account is not 
supported in the AdWords API. You can however, create Budget Orders - 
associated to your billing details, via this API.

Alternatively, you can also check out this billing setup guide in the Google 
Ads API. Please note that a payments profile will need to be created first, via 
the UI, as one of the requirements in order to fully utilize this feature, and 
also invoicing.

3. Any other best practices for setting up new accounts for clients?

For the AdWords API approach, you are already on the right track in referring 
to this managing accounts guide.

create accounts

I'm trying to create new accounts programmatically using the Adwords API on 
our app. We're planning on using ManagedCustomerService 

 to 
do so. From my research it seems like we only need 3 inputs from the user 
initially:


   - Country
   - Time Zone
   - Currency

My questions are:

   1. When a new account is created, how do we add the user as an admin to

Currently, creation of new Google Ads account is not supported in the
Google Ads API. For now, you may create new accounts using the AdWords API

latest google ads API. -

Whereas I see option for creating new accounts in adwords using old API - 
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/csharp/account-management#create-a-new-account-under-an-adwords-manager

May I know why the new API is not having the option for creating new

Could you confirm if you are also creating these accounts via the AdWords 
API? If yes, then the maximum number of accounts you can create under a 
test MCC hierarchy is only 100 as seen here 
. 
Additionally, since I could see in your screenshot that it was taken from 
the AdWords UI, you may reach out to the product experts in the AdWords 
Community Forum

Unable to create accounts in Test MCC

Hi there,

So, we have a Test MCC account (we can see this big red "this is a test 
account" at the top of our screen) and we've been using this for some time 
now. Unfortunately we encountered the issue where we cant create new 
accounts, we get the error message "The manager cannot create more client 
accounts".

Anyone having the same issues? Cant seem to find a solution for this.

Our test mcc ID is 285-376-1600.
