The problem was solved. 
We found incorrect setup value for some url templates :

trying to upload the click conversions via the Ads API. But the reason for this 
error is the GBRAID's that you are receiving. Could you confirm if you have

your website" while setting the conversion tracking?

We don't change any value of gbraid / wbraid / gclid when getting it. But 
sometimes we are getting values like this

Our steps where we get an error

1) Getting conversionActionId:

2) Generate conversionAction by ids:

$conversionAction = ResourceNames::forConversionAction($customerId,

3) Create ClickConversion

Gbraid & wbraid error [Can't parse event import data]

Hello dear support team,
I think I need technical support and some more indstructions about  my 
case: 
  
I noticed that  my site has some conversions from IOS users.  And I an 
sending all these conversions through API:
(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/conversions/upload-clicks)

into Google Ads accounts.  And for these users I see that all conversions 
that have been sent (I mean only all IOS ) IOS conversions get the errors 
in the API responce:
*"Can't parse event import data. Check if your gbraid parameter was not 
modified and try again., at conversions[0].gbraid"*

here 
are some examples  of the user site links that we seen on our site, after 
users' clicks from ad:
1) 
...?utm_source=google_USDISC_medium=cpc_campaign=21272671190_term=163538075993-_content=698951968525==undefined=16897176522995628=1000774362922778830
2) 
...?utm_source=google_USDISC_medium=cpc_campaign=21272671190_term=163538075993-_content=698951968525==undefined=2018870052907341364=3267766971020261100

I wonder why gbraid and wbraid look like:

=3267766971020261100

It seems that they are wrong and Google cannot parse these values. Can you 
please provide the feebdack why we get these wrong wbraid & gbraid values 
and  why they cannot me imported to Google Ads via API?
