For other people running into this, it's not supported by the API. There is 
a pending request to add it, but no ETA is given.

Getting MCC labels on ad group request

Hello,

Upon requesting a list of ad groups via api, sometimes I'm getting only 
some of the labels, not all of them.

I believe it's happening due to the fact that the missing labels' owner is 
the Manager account, and I'm getting only those ones which their owner is 
customer account.

Is there a way to get ad groups, with the "global" labels?
