With regards to your concern, please note that the Google Ads API mirrors the
Google Ads UI. Meaning that if the data is not available in the Google Ads UI,
then it is expected that it is also not available in the Google Ads API.
However, to further help with your issue, you mention that you noticed that the
total impressions in the group_placement_view do not match the total
impressions for an account. With this, could you provide the full screenshot of
this in the Google Ads UI and the complete request and response logs with the
request ID and request header generated on your end? If you haven't yet,
logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client Libraries > Your client
library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.
You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is
not available, then send it instead on this email address
