Request! Need basic level API access token

I have a test-level API access and have requested for a basic-level API 
request token multiple times through this link 
(https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/new_token_application) but 
have not received any response yet.

*My MCC id is 848-161-2573.*

Can you please look into this matter and respond on priority?
