As per the last communication, we were asked to provide certain information 
to assist with our request. However, we have not received any guidance or a 
Case ID from the compliance team yet. We are eager to complete any required 
steps and would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

For your reference, here are the details of our request:
