[AFMUG] CNMaestro Control data

2021-05-14 Thread Nate Burke
I'm thinking about putting an E400 AP behind a 4G router so that I can
remotely turn on and off the WIFI (keep people from using a certain SSID
when I'm not there, even though the 4G connection would stay up) How
much data does the management use sending data to CNMaestro? I don't
want it to chew through all my data just doing control. I can't imagine
that it's that much, but continuous data packets do add up. It's
probably going to be sitting idle for about 1/2 to 3/4 of the month.

[AFMUG] Commissions on underground and tower job sales

2021-05-14 Thread Steve Jones
What's a commission structure look like on this type of sales?
Lead acquisition
Job bid
Closed sales
Etc.

This is for third party, non employee sales, probably commission only.

That's what I was expecting, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy.

[AFMUG] Licensed links and atpc

2021-05-14 Thread Steve Jones
I'm a fan of atpc, I think it makes us better stewards of the spectrum.
However it has its drawbacks, rsl is always the same, even if somethings
caused the link to degrade.
Is it standard to operate full power or run atpc?
