Not that I have seen but our 1G circuits are lightly used.  Almost everything 
is 10G interfaces now.
10G traffic destined for 1G interfaces could be an issue if the traffic load is 
greater than 1G. 

We haven't seen this though.

Ive been using the mikrotik CRS328 for a few years without issue.

The 326 is a solid switch.
The UBNT XG-16 is good too if you dont need to do QinQ vlan.
