I've found the maps here to be quite accurate, likely as they are for
industry use and aren't filtered through a marketing department:

Keep in mind that it does not include the companies' coverage that is
obtained by tower-sharing on others' networks.

Download an app called Cell Tower Locator for your Android ..(not sure if
it works on flip flop wearing iPhones).
Very useful real-time app to combine with other mapping offerings.
