And for further clarification, you have to power it up with the default plug in 
place.  That also defaults the password.  You can log in, make changes, and 
save them.  Otherwise the unit is not permanently defaulted, you can remove the 
default plug and reboot and everything is back to the way it was.

IIRC those models send out a few packets with their IP address after
boot-up so you can use Wireshark to figure out the IP address from a PC
directly connected to the radio.
