That is like 69 times higher.  
I doubt any of the tuned circuits would be able to stretch that far.  Even 
doubling the frequency is difficult most of the time.

I've got a 13MHz 3kw generator that could be modified most likely to 
generate 900MHz.  Change the crystal and re-tune.  Takes 3-phase power, 
you could re-design the power circuit too.
